Suits

I have to get used to not being in blue anymore, which is pretty hard. They have me in suits. I've never really been the suit type, but it is what it is. I've been in Tokyo all week, meeting my staff and doing overviews of current cases. Most of my subordinates are polite, only some seem to have a problem with having a younger boss, but I can deal with that.

Jokes on you, Atobe-sama. The force has given me impeccable suits as a signing bonus. The only thing any of my subordinates complain about is my age, and considering I'm dealing with the Yakuza and the Triad, I know how well I have to look.

If you think your assistant can get through, go ahead and try. But unless it's pertinent information on the Yakuza, he tends not to take phone calls.

...However, I do have an opening tomorrow. How does that sound?

My assistants are all highly skilled at what they do, you know. And if he is too busy, then they'll just keep going up the pipeline until someone is not too busy for Atobe Keigo.

Since you are an old friend, I will rearrange my schedule to fit you in. Really, Sanada, the things I do for friends.

Between your taste and their budget...really, Sanada. Yes, you aren't as bad as *some* people I could mention, but it never hurts to get input from a qualified expert, now does it?

You should be. I wouldn't take time out of *my* busy schedule for just anyone, you know.

[ooc: Yeah...it comes in a lot of different blends and weights, you know. Ooo, a linen/silk blend for summer would be delightful. With crisp white shirts and really nice ties. Oo, and the right shoes. You can ruin an expensive suit by wearing it with cheap shoes, you know. ...and I (and he) realize that Sanada is likely not wearing a cheap suit or cheap shoes, he isn't poor by any means...however this is Atobe's forte and something he wants to do to congratulate his old friend on such an impressive step. So...yeah.]

I will admit, you are not a man suited to frills. Perhaps a nice striped shirt under a solid suit, however? Come on, live a little!

I know! It is SO hard to get good help these days!
