It's been quite noisy lately

There has been a sudden increase in petty theft and violent crimes lately. I'm looking into it, but for now, I ask everyone to play it safe. Try not to be alone at night, and know your surroundings. I also ask that anyone that knows English to give notice to any foreigners as well. Especially around the Ikebukuro, Roppongi, and Shibuya areas. I'm on the highest alert, making sure I can see if there is a pattern to these crimes, which I think there is. I have my suspicions, of course, but jumping to conclusion would help no one. I know I have plenty of help, so I hope my friends know that I am not overworking myself, just working hard. I still make time to go home for dinner, even if I'm video-conferencing afterwards with my crime analyst and my other department heads. I will not allow this rash of crime to continue.
